Hydraulic Motors

Heavy duty American gerotor low speed motors with high volumetric efficiency and long life. Pressure to 175 bar intermittent and displacements to 390 cc/rev.

Hydraulic Cylinders

For all Industrial and Commercial use, Double or Single acting, Single or Multi stage, clevis, flange, foot or trunnion mountings.
Standard range 25mm to 160mm bore mill or tie rod type. All cylinders can be manufactured to customers own specifications. All our in house made Rams are fully tested to our own very high standards. They are supplied with a full test certificate and circuit diagram. The wide range of products we stock and supply are of the highest quality with a long life expectancy for all your needs.

Hydraulic Modification

Customers equipment modified, steel pipework and hose installations on site.

Tyre Presses

Mobile industrial tyre press, 120 ton capacity with milled press plate. Mounted on twin axle trailer. Fabricated steel construction.

Hoses & Fittings

We use a range of metric compression fittings to DIN 2353 in carbon steel and stainless steel. BSP fittings in all forms from 1/8 to 2".

Hand Pumps

Available in various forms, as a complete unit with an oil tank or without.
  • PMS - Built in shut off valve.
  • PMSD - Built in 4 way valve.
  • Maximum displacement 45 ccl cycle.
  • Maximum pressure 350 Bar.
  • PM - Cast iron suitable for underground use.
  • Maximum displacement 63 ccl cycle.
  • Maximum pressure 300 Bar.
High pressure pumps available on request.

Site Services

On site fault diagnosis and rectification on all hydraulic machinery.

Hydraulic Reconditioning

Full repair facilities, replacement chrome piston rods, honed tubes, gland nuts and piston heads all manufactured in house. All repairs fully tested prior to despatch.

Hydraulic Pumps

All leading manufacturers equipment supplied, in vane, gear and piston pumps. This enables us to cover all possible industrial and commercial applications.

Control Valves

A full range of solenoid, pnuematic, hydraulic and lever operated valves in all cetop sizes, with in line or modular pressure and flow control valves. Mobile control valves by Dinoil in monoblock or modular form with built in relief valves.

Power Packs

Designed specifically to customers requirements and manufactured at our premises. We can offer optional power supply of, AC / DC Motor, Air / Oil, Petrol or Diesel engine driven. All our in house made Powerpacks are fully tested to our own very high standards. They are supplied with a full test certificate and circuit diagram. The wide range of products we stock and supply are of the highest quality with a long life expectancy for all your needs.
